For those who still would like to know for sure, the tax office has a notice on the board that the 2017 exchange rate is 1.14 even though they said they weren't going to do this this year.

Also the tax return deadline has been extended until the end of October.

Thank you Polly. I had the right exchange rate but the extension is new news. It is not unexpected though, and I do wonder how the older Cypriots are managing with the online calculations.
