Yep, kids out in the pool now,. Bunny stayed out in his run through the deluge though. We could see his head poking out from under his shelter watching the rain.

Yes, thunder and heavy rain in Kili/Zelemenos from about 12.15.Now over and the sun is out again though the sky still has an unsettled look about it. It’s amazng how quickly the dry ground in the garden has absorbed the water... we could still do with more...
I wonder if any rain has fallen near the reservoir? Hope so.

The video showed Kritou Marottou which is near Kannaviou Dam (1.5 km) and Evretou Dam (5-6 km)

Yep, got it now, thanks. Had a couple of monsoons like that back in late Feb. With thunder sounding on this video track, and current temperatures, I'm surprised there weren't hailstones the size of golf balls as well...

Don't need to watch any video to see weather like that. Just had to look out the window a few hours ago. Mind you, it is lovely and sunny now, though there are dark clouds on the horizon once again...

My wife went to pick up some friends staying at the Roost this morning. She left in a downpour. There was a downpour at the Roost, some 3 minutes away from us. Between us, it was dry, and there was no sign of any rain. Most bizarre.

On and they loved their stay at The Roost. Heartily recommend it if you want somewhere to stay inland.

What a lovely rain that was in Peyia as well. We have a very happy garden today.
