17 nations come together in a joint evacuation exercise called Exercise Argonaut. The point of the exercise was to imagine a scenario where non-combatants needed to be evacuated and several nations would pool their resources to aid in the safe passage of these individuals.

Yes , you are correct , but the wording of it this year ? “the scenario includes investigating and rescuing and simulating the removal of a large number of people affected by a crisis in Cyprus, with local authorities working with agencies in other countries to manage the situation.”
