Very nice. It always pays to have your camera ready when the sun goes down. You never know when it's going to go from the mundane to the spectacular.

Very nice, Lincoln. How tempestuous that sky looks, too...

I had been for my walk and just made it back to the car before the rain started. I saw that particular sky through my rear view mirror on the new airport road.

The NEW airport road? Tell us more please, John. Are you saying it now goes straight from PFO to Paphos NW along the coast at last, rather than via Timi?
Cheers- AL

No, it's the same new airport road they built a few years ago, that takes an abrupt turn at Ezousa Valley.

Thanks Dominic. We call it Skelmerdale New Town because of the number of roundabouts on it.When Skem New Town was first built they built the roads first with lots of roundabouts and roads that went nowhere.

It was only 3 miles from Ormskirk, where I grew up. Thousands of acres of good agricultural land were sacrificed to build it.When I was fourteen I followed the football team all the way from the third qualifying round of the amateur cup all the way through to the final at wembley and the replay at Maine Road.
