Any one know who/ where I can go to check that a local water factory is keeping to its operating license with regards it's opening hours?
We are being disturbed by very early commercial vehicles on there way to the factory...we have raised this issue with them before, to no avail... Thanks

The local council would be responsible for licencing commercial businesses. is this in a residential /industrial area?.

Depending where you live will determine which local authority will be responsible but I suspect you will face an uphill struggle to get anything to change!
