You were diddled. On the 18th, I sent two passports registered and it cost me only €2.65.
Today, I received::
Your new passport is on its way
Dear name,
Application reference: PEX
Your new passport is being sent to the address you gave us.
You should receive it within 7 working days.
Track your application
Just 9 days from sending them off, including post from here to there; I'm flabbergasted!

If somebody makes a post praising a service, don't rip it to shreds. If you haven't got anything nice to say, have a whistle or something.

Miracle!
Sent 2 passports 18 April. Received new ones 02 May by DHL. 14 days, including transport both directions. Can't beat that!
Incidentally, DHL still do
not deliver to the sticks.
