Came across this the other day, it sits on the grass in front of the Municipal Gallery which is below Kennedy Square!

We just spotted that too. Are there any other things popping up? I noticed the barrels and wotnot in Kennedy Square have disappeared, but hopefully they have only taken them to finish them off.

Saw a couple of things when I drove through the harbour area today. Will be going back tomorrow on foot so will take a few shots!

The parade starts at 3pm on Tuesday 21st & I think the carnival ends on Sunday 26th, the day before Green Monday!
