Swimming Pool repairs

Hi, I have two problems with my pool. 1) There are water leaks in the plastic water pipes which lead from the pool to the pump. I’m told that the valves are leaking.
2) The pump its self is working but needs an overhaul.
The 2nd problem seems easier to resolve, but it seems much harder to find the right person to fix the water leaks which may need replacing some parts of the water piping. At present it is dripping and wasting some water which isn’t good for the pump which is turned off so the pool water is stagnating. The pump can’t be removed for its overhaul until the plumbing is fixed.
Situation is urgent, but a plumber qualified in pool instalation and maintenance is required.
Can anyone reccomend a good company or individual to fix this urgently, please?
Thanks for any info.

Dee

Give Shipshape a call. I can personally recommend them. They did our pool and the pump works much better now.

Also ‘The Pool People’ based in Peyia...we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their work.

Many thanks for all your replies. In the end my Cypriot pool man produced ‘friends’ who have done the job between them. This negated my intentions. I just hope that it works OK. But they have now fitted an RCD as well which might be a wise precaution.
