Please remember to keep recommendations one to a thread. If you have negative stuff to say about a place stick it on Tripadvisor or their own facebook page. They have lawyers. I don't.

Dominic, this is a fantastic forum, please don't censor negatives being stated like the previous site did. People are responsible for what they say not you and if you doubt that you just need to state that fact as a prominent notice on the main forum page. What is the point of an expat forum if we can't warn others of the baddies.

Please remember you can be prosecuted in court for making derogatory comments on the Forum.
It does not matter if they are true or not, you can still be taken to court and it is there you have to prove your case.

The simplest solution is to post the negative review on Trip Advisor. Then if somebody asks about a place, you can refer them to your review on Trip Advisor. Or just say that you had a bad experience. Forum owners have in the past been taken to court over comments posted on their forum. I just don't need the hassle.
