I don't know if anyone has the answer as to why my printer refuses to print. It's connected to my laptop wirelessly, all the lights are on, I can see the printer on my laptop, but when I click print on my letter, it comes up with the message that 'another computer is using the printer' not possible. Pease can anyone help ?

Try uninstalling the printer & re-installing it!
