Popped in this morning for tea and a bacon bap,
wasn't disappointed.
Oh! I had an egg on top
Very nice and pleasant mannered owners.
Will certainly return.

Hmmmm. I have been meaning to visit Geroskipou Square to do a blog of the area, as it is very pretty and I am sure there are some interesting nooks and crannies.
Bacon bap with egg on top you say? Hmmmm...

The Victoria sponge is divine. Carrot cake also highly recommended!

We went today after taking some friends to the airport. Our second time.
Was just as good as the first time. Cakes, all homemade and to a very high standard. Apple pie with custard a real treat for me.
Took extra cakes home to enjoy. Scones are huge and fabulous a special mention for the Carrot cake - a must try!
Great service from a lovely caring couple. Varied choice on the menu for snacks, breakfast and not forgetting the cakes.
Has a outside sitting area to catch the winter sun.
Have a quiz night on a Tuesday night. Closed Sunday and Monday.

We were in this afternoon for tea & scones.
As usual, they were delicious.
Unfortunately the tea room is closing next Friday,
the owner told us.
Get in quick before they go...…………………..

Very good summary HiC - it appears to be in an ideal location and there isn't anywhere else in the square that offers a place to sit and relax and enjoy a good light lunch or snack. Their Sunday roast lunches come highly recommended and they do have regular events eg a childrens playgroup, quiz night etc.

Have been notifying my friends so they manage to get a final bacon butty there before next Friday's closure!

The Friday night quiz is enjoyable, just a bit too far for us to travel in an evening though.
