Adhesive for sticking pool liner

Can anyone let me know what adhesive I need to stick a border to a swimming pool liner. I need a waterproof adhesive that sticks vinyl to vinyl. Also where I can purchase such an adhesive from Paphos area.

I used this
http://www.underwatermagic.eu which is manufactured in Paphos but I bought from Borderchoice.
