Yes, I agree. It's great to be able to fly direct to a lot more places from Cyprus than we could 10 years ago.

"The new routes include twice weekly flights connecting Paphos with Amman, Bournemouth, Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest, Chania (which has been reinstated), Krakow, Liverpool, Riga and Tallinn. Flights will be operated once a week to Dublin and Kaunas.

The 15 total routes will also include daily flights to London Stansted, Tel Aviv and Thessaloniki.

The increase in routes is expected to generate a total of 700 jobs."

The Tallinn flights will pull Scandanavian visitors with an easier and cheaper route to/from Sweden, Finland and Norway

Great news for us that Ryanair will be flying from Liverpool

Brilliant that Liverpool is included as their Manchester route was dropped a couple of years ago.

Actually, I'm more than glad more routes have come on board. Liverpool is 3 hours from me and gives another option!

Hmm .... it's about 1½hours for us, but the flight leaves at 7am, so need to be there at 5am, so need to leave home about 3am ...

Fantastic about the Liverpool flights, Easyjet have been milking the Manchester route far too long, gives us another option, a little competition is good !

Our daughter Rachel has flown with sleazy from Liverpool to Larnaca, as it has often been cheaper for a late booking than Sleazy from Manchester .Ryan Air gives us another option.

Sorry Jim, I was being a bit picky about people from Liverpool.

Just an update on these flights from Liverpool,
I booked to come back on a Sunday flight, they changed the day to a Saturday returning.
That has now gone form there website, so Ive changed to flying back on a Wednesday, they do not fill with me confidence at all.

I have only ever booked with them once before Manchester to Paphos, that time they cancelled the whole route !
