Property Rental Wanted in Tala/Mandria

Some friends of mine (a couple) are thinking of moving over from London in a few months and would be interested to rent an unfurnished property long term in either Tala (preferably) or Mandria . They would like a small villa (or detached bungalow) with a private swimming pool. Definitely not anywhere with a shared pool.
I’ve suggested that it may be difficult to find anywhere unfurnished but promised to try for them through this forum first before approaching agents.
They are flexible on monthly rental if it fits the criteria, within reason.
