The Animal Party is investigating a case of suspected animal abuse by a British expat in Paphos involving the alleged abandonment and neglect of three dogs and subsequent death of two in a squalid apartment.They are appealing to the public for information....

Exactly. My reading of the original facebook post and the Cyprus Mail article leads me to believe there is more to this than meets the eye. It would be inadvisable to make assumptions at the moment.
