Thunder, lightening and absolutely pouring it down in Geroskipou

Oh, wish I was there! Love a thunderstorm.

Hammering down in Kato Pafos since 8pm and now loads of sheet and fork lightning!

Just had a video of storm sent to me from Limnaria. It looks awsome and lots of rain. The road from top going down to Alexander looks like a river. Hey AL its still a holiday mate. Sit under cover have a beer and ennoy it. Im sure it will be nice and clear tomorrow.

Saturday is supposed to be bad so they have moved the carnival to Sunday.

Yeah, lovely lightning "show".

And then the rain started!!. Not so luverly.

Local guy made a few bob selling dinghys to tourists.

Torrents running down the street.

Sand everywhere this morning.

Still, we need the rain. The reservoir is only 90% full.

Great show - I’ve seen nights with more lightning than last night before, but I don’t recall so much almost continuous thunder, it seemed to go on and on forages.
