Due to overflowing of the Ziripillis river, the road from Kelokedara to Amargeti in Paphos is temporarily closed. Another road, from Galataria to Pentalia, also in Paphos is closed because the Xeros river overflowed....

It's a shame that most of this water goes straight out to the sea.

The water of this article certainly goes NOT out to the sea...but to the dams

Even the River Ezousa doesn't deposit much water in the sea. There are small reservoirs just before the motorway that take up a lot of the slack. Coupled with the copious farmland, by the time the river had passed under the motorway last year, there was barely a trickle.

I have read in the Cyprus-mail that a popular minor road in Chlorakas village used as a ‘cut through’ to Moutallos was flooded after a small river burst its banks. Does anyone can tell me where is exactly this road in Chlorakas ? Is it closed to the fisherman shop in Chlorakas center town ? or much more closed to the sea ? Thanks in advance for any available answer.
