Can anyone recommend any reliable agents for Universal area

I assume you mean for furnished holiday lets?

We saw loads of villas advertised for rent when we were last over, and they are all over the web. Are they all illegal or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Well, like owning a car without living in CY, there's another illegal thing.
Just looked on Holiday Lettings and it says "5,683 Holiday homes"! Maybe there are a similar number on other sites and/or privately advertised, so only 10K illegals!!
