Yes, rather worrying, but it just adds to what I've already been told by people who live in TRNC.
If I lived up there as a Brit, I would be very worried.

The Turkish Despot lunatic president wants Turkey to be the next Iran....Turkey has gone from being a progressive modern country to a third world banana republic jailing everyone who dares speak up against the tyrant Pasha.....as for the building of mosques ..I think the money comes from Saudi Arabia.

Saudi has been using its wealth to destabilise countries for years. It funded Daesh and has paid for Mosques and Sharia courts in the UK. But if Saudi Arabia has been paying for new Mosques to be be built in the TRNC, would you not expect them to have already become the first international country other than Turkey to have recognized TRNC as a proper State?
