Very bad

This has happened in my area and has shook everyone up. This is one of the reasons as soon as I can I will move to Cyprus. There are lots of people in my area that have grown up here and are smashing, it just seems that the small minority spoil and area. God help the mother when or if she wakes up.

Was there a motive for the attack? It just seems so non-sensical. And I don't mean "a good motive" because of course there isn't one.

Agree Stelios, this is one of the saddest news items to be broadcast for a few days. I was going to say for months, but then I remembered the five young lads who tragically lost their lives in the stolen car accident last week.
Wife and I were talking about this mother just yesterday. It is just so, so sad. How can you tell a Mother that all of her children have been wiped out in a single arson attack? But while this news hurts so much on an emotional level, this is no less than mothers have had to endure in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and the starvation-zones of Africa over recent months and years...and vice-versa when children have lost their parents.

Not sure of the motive and not bothered. All I know is 4 kids don't have the choice in life to florish and choose the right path.

It's horrific to be made aware so tragically that someone feels it's perfectly ok to burn other people alive whilst they are sleeping in their beds because in their head they have been wronged by another....
These murderers should never be set free.

Killing 4 children is horrible and should be treated with hanging.

I don't condone the life for a life thought.... but, prison should be a bad place and once you've been inside you should never ever want to step foot inside one again.
Prison is far too soft on many different counts, too many home comforts, too many easy points of contact, too relaxed rules etc, etc.
We need to go back to the good old days!

I'm 18 stone 5.9ft ex rugby player. Had these little bastards outside my house trying it on. I have walked out told them to take me on and had threats to my life and my house. it starts at school then being a good parent. I'm not scared it will be them not me I will wipe them out before they touch me. Salford was always a hard place but it was men on men. My 3 kids have all been taught values and florish as good people and I'm so proud. Right from wrong.

My hubby is from Salford and both of us worked in the Court Service department in UK at separate times from each other. I also went on a swap day between my Crown Court office and Strangeways court paperwork section just a few weeks before the prison riots when the inmates were all on the roof for some time.
There was no hardship inside those walls - and that was then....
Each to their own in what should be done but I would never vote for the death penalty to be brought back.

I used to play darts with a bloke who did 8 years for armed robbery then he went strait, no more crime from him after that.

Hi,
You never used to get any army personel re offending after serving time at the military nick in Colchester,lets just say they came out a lot fitter than when they went in!
