Has anyone had first hand experience of Cobalt, online reviews are mixed from what I see.

Looking for some flights for family later in the year and price is favourable, any feedback apreciated. 8-)

Might be OK when/if they actually own their own planes.
Their problems to date seem, in the main, to have arisen from faults on hired-in aircraft, causing travel delays to
their customers.
Actually, their fares are NOT very cheap for April 2017 onwards. In many cases cheaper on BA.

Due to the collapsed lung, could not fly for a further four weeks, Cobalt refunded our payment in full and sent us a very nice e mail wishing me a speedy recovery. Will use them as much as we can.
Wow - that sounds bad - sorry to hear that!

Agree with you on Cobalt - have had 12 flights with them and no probs though I appreciate
they have had some teething issues. I did have to contact Customer Service once and it was
dealt with reasonably quickly, professionally and they refunded a fee without me asking so
no complaints so far.

Have booked some more but as expected the prices have risen but we'll see how they go.

Cheers

Thanks,

One was delayed by about 35mins but ended up arriving about 10mins behind schedule.
Other than that then yes all on time for us.

Cheers

That is better than our record with BA!

Incidently, did anybody ever fly with Strategic airlines? We did one year and for a return flight we experienced an incredible 13 and half hours delay. 6 1/2 on the way out and 7 on the way back.
