Beautiful pics, Dominic. My favourite were the one's with the modern fountain near the Police Headquarters. Did you have a special setting for night shots on your camera? I am still not able to do decent night pics with my new camera and wonder what I am doing wrong...

My camera has various presets. I used "night time scenery" mode. It seems to work, though you have to keep still because of the longer exposure. Possibly try a tripod, to see if it makes any difference?

Thanks for the great pictures again Dominic. I really love this year's Christmas decorations both in the old town as in the harbour area. Well done Paphos.

Excellent Blog Dominic and definitely agree with Loise' comment "well done Paphos". The Old Town renovations have made a real difference to the place.

Gosh, people like photos of Christmas lights. I just looked at the stats, and in 5 days this blog has been read over 4,600 times. That makes it the 2nd most popular blog I've done. The most popular was the "Return To Foinikas" blog some months ago. I imagine the lights blog will have less long-term appeal, but it will be interesting to see if it manages to take top spot before Christmas.
