Unfortunately it is only cold in Cyprus and yesterdays snowing was very little and won't help the current water situation..
I post this pics as there is no web cam active at the moment to show how much snow is there...
and a close-up

I don't know what you mean, Trev. On this pic from Jan 2013 is the same situation, ONE "Ball" only...
On the other hand there is a second one, miles away ( under the cloud )

Trev,
You are right, not enough rain yesterday to make any difference to the reservoirs, just enough to make my garden nice and green. I am amazed at the variety of plants in the garden in flower. Usually by December, there is nothing much. Even the spring bulbs are coming up much earlier than usual..
In fact the water level in the Asprokremnos is hovering around 19% full. Still very low.

A new 'golf ball' was erected earlier this year in the same place [albeit a little smaller]. The other 'ball' is further away. x
