Are Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings available anywhere in Paphos?

You can buy frozen ones in Paps but I can't remember if they are Aunt Bessie's! Anyway, whichever brand they are they taste fine

I'm pretty sure I've seen the frozen ones in Paps. They seem to have a reasonable selection of UK frozen stuff in there nowadays.

I agree Sadie how hard is it to make home made Puddings? just like frozen pre-cooked french fries, nasty! Went to a well known sea food restaurant last week, fish was OK but those horrible frozen chips reared their ugly heads, none of us ate them!

Yorkshire Puddings are the one thing that I can't get right even though toad in the hole is always a success. So as ApusApus says frozen ones are ideal if you don't have an oven plus if you don't want to have the main oven on for just the one item. Even when eating out they can range from soggy to rock hard so someone else gets an extra one!

No problem cooking, we always do this with roast potatoes and meat etc, the oven is on you may as well do it then, if you are unsure how to make good puds look at that video posted, even I can do it, believe me I am no cook!.

Um, the frozen ones are cooked in an oven, aren't they? Only for about 3 minutes, if I remember correctly, but they definitely go in the oven. And if they taste plasticy it is because you haven't unpacked them properly.

I like Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire Puddings, but since our daughter had to go gluten free, they no longer feature in our diet.

I use the main oven about 2-3 times a year for a baking session when I am using all the shelves.
Dominic, So long as frozen Yorkies are cooked they can be heated in a microwave, however, to keep them crispy they can be heated in a dry frying pan on the hob. When I make pizza I usually cook it in a dry frying pan as it only takes about 8 minutes to cook.
