I have no wish to bore with my story but last week I spent time with professor Brian Saunders who is the leading consultant Gastroenterologist and
specialist Endoscopist at The London Clinic. During the consultation he advised me that, not only my two sons but anyone reaching the age of 50 should consider having an Endoscopy to check for the growth of polyps. As age increases, he said the" risk of them forming increases".
The polyps can be the root of cancerous cells and less easy to deal with later.
In this day and age he said it should be more like getting a regular flu jab.
The Paphos General Hospital has an excellent gastroenterologist in Dr Theodora Demetriou.
This information is from maybe the best in the world and could save a life.
Best Regards....Alan
