Carbon Silicate Build up on Pool tiles (tide mark) on pool edge

Any advice on how to remove?
Seen online about pumice stone..... any other tips?

I suggest that it may be more likely to be one (or more) of the hydrated calcium silicates. Carbon silicate is very unlikely. The calcium silicates are quasi-insoluble, even in mild acids and alkalis and some form of mechanical removal, such as a very fine pumice powder (Vim), but this may also dull the glaze of the tiles and, worse, form a key for further deposits. OTOH, it may just be calcium carbonate. Scrape a little into a saucer and add some vinegar. If it fizzes, then it is probably calcium carbonate; in that case, empty the pool a few cm and work on it with a sponge saturated in a strong vinegar or a 5% hydrochloric acid. Rinse with a clean sponge before refilling.
