Is there an index anywhere that gives AVERAGE prices per square metre for houses/villas in the main residential areas of Cyprus?
I see that Nigel Howarth's excellent website gives prices, but not prices per square metre.

Are you talking new build on your land here, Amos? Or resales?

I think any index that you know of would help exodus.
I don't recollect seeing any but you could check out prices on a few agents sites. Quality and position is always a factor.
