They were advertising on tv tonight!
I was talking to some friends today who have just returned from a holiday to Croatia from Manchester with Ryan Air. He has a serious disability and cannot walk and is a permanent wheelchair user. When they fly they obviously book assistance and select seats at the front of the plane for the disabled lift but unbeknownst to them Ryan Air has the lift to the rear of the aircraft so he was then in the situation that he was at the back and the seats were at the front. Apparently the staff were not helpful at all and it took one couple to interfere and offer to swap seats for the situation to be resolved. They said never again!

I really think Ryanair have 'shot themselves in the foot' with this very large fiasco..

Confidence in them must be at Zero.
