How far can you stretch your imagination ?

I hope this first item is easily identified.No. 1, It is one of many things I have made when they are not readily available or i am just bored.
Can you tell me what it`s use is ? I will of course reveal all with a picture of the item in use if you are correct. No prizes.
I also have two inventions (unregistered) which I shall post. You will have real difficulty in identifying No.2 and No.3, in fact if
anyone gets either use correct I will treat you and a partner to a lunch at Kanalli in Pomos. That should increase the Odds HaHa.

Is it something to check that a golf ball is wide enough?
We do have a puzzle section and they are always crying out for new puzzles. If you have strange objects why not turn it into a quiz? They are very informal.

No. 1 - to put in a tree to scare either certain insects, birds or rats
No. 2 - to put over a broken finger to protect it.

2. used to slide a tubular bandage over a finger/arm/leg depending on the size.

I think one of them is a ruler, used for measuring the length of things, graduated in half-centimetres.
