PM Notifications

Is anybody having issues with not receiving email notifications when somebody PMs you? I get them fine, but a user is having issues, so I wanted to see how widespread the problem is.

I had a pm this morning but didn't receive an email.
I probably opened it 2/3 hours after it was sent so perhaps that was too soon?

Ah but have you set your account to send you an email when you get a PM. It is not automatic it is something you have to set up.

Good point Trev. I did check that my email was there but didn't think to check that before I replied to Dominic so will go and have a look. That might well be the reason

Yes. It was sitting on default setting so have amended it now....thanks Trev

Email came through no bother thank you.
Perhaps as Trev says, everyone needs to enable that function themselves and it's not something you can do.
