Paphos Life

I've been looking for some cork coasters now for quite some time. Just plain round or square ones, nothing fancy. When we first came to live here 13 years ago, nearly every shop had them. We've tried Superhome, Ikea, Paphos Home Market, Paps, etc., even one or two of the bazaars but can't find any.

If someone can tell me where they may be purchased, it would be very much appreciated.

Why not do as I do and pick up beer coasters from bars you may visit. It saves the frustration of looking and when They get dirty you can replace at no cost to yourself.....simples!!

Amazon have loads. Do they ship to Cyprus.

i was in Home Market this afternoon and they have them in stock (on 1st floor)

But Mike, these are NOT the proper Cork coasters that the OP is looking for, surely? I'd suggest having a good look round in Debenhams, as that's where my dear wifie bought all hers from (here in Luton UK). Maybe Debs in Paphos too?

Proper cork coasters can be washed 'n dried, and last forever. You can't do that with a drinks mat made of paper or cardboard from a bar... In any case, they look really naff on your dining room table, don't they?
