Admin - help please

I am trying to put a profile picture on but it is too big. Tried changing size with TinyPic but I am not very well up with doing it. I used to send to Jim and he would put it on the other forum. Tried to send you a message Dominic but I cannot send a message either. It says "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature." Help please.

I used Photoscape (free download) to re-size my profile picture... it needs to be no bigger than 90 x 90 pixels from memory...

Was 90x90 6K, since then it was recently improved to 100 x 100 25K
