Any recommendations please for a 7-seater minibus 4 days hire for my daughter and her family visit in September.

Don't know if this company has a minibus but they have
a 7 seater Toyota Rush.

What do you mean by "minibus"?
Is that a people carrier type with TWO rows of rear seats? Like a Vauxhall Safira type?
George definitely provides those.

Looks like another one for the Directory, Dominic, or a paid banner AD? I've used George and Kula for over 25 years. Cannot fault them at all. George's dad Andreas does a good job just up Posidinos (corner, opposite AtG) where all the cars are parked and valeted.
Andreas also has a string of short term holiday rental flats and houses in Kato Paphos at bargain prices as well..
