Police in Paphos are investigating a shooting in a??residential??area after determining that damage to a luxury car in Chloraka had been caused by gunfire....

Ah fair enough. I thought you were implying that the man had obtained his car through nefarious means. Got my wires crossed.

Also had to look up the word - but English is only my third language - here is a bit of Friday humour in the same vein:
