I thought myself as a musician albeit on the sax until I heard this

Nothing wrong with the Sax!
Child prodigies are quite common in an internet age. The gift / ability (call it what you will) to play like that doesn't come from practice alone. There has to be an innate talent, that cannot be learned. I can practice for hours a day on the piano, and will never have the ability of a concert pianist. I have resigned myself to this fate and am happy hammering out Pink Floyd covers and the like.
The most important thing is though, the kid was clearly enjoying himself.
