Called at sea caves tavern today and it was closed. Anyone know if this is temporary or has it shut down.

There are a few tavernas along the Sea Caves coast, between Corralia Bay and Agios Georgios, either on the coast, or on the tarmac road a bit further back (but still with nice sea views).

So which one in particular are you referring to please, Norman?

It is actually called Sea caves tavern. It has a long lawn and outside bar with fixed tables and sun shades.
It is right on the coast about a mile further on from oriona.

Can anyone else please help me to help Norman? I'm not familiar with the "Sea Caves Taverna" that he refers to and nor do I know of an "Oriona" establisment one mile away...

"Further on", depends on where you started from, Norm! Coral Bay, heading northwest, or Agios Georgios, heading southeast?

If it's the one I am thinking of then it's one mile nearer to Coral Bay than Oniros? Went there last year but haven't been since though!

The one I have known for years as Sea Caves Tavern now appears to be called Sea Caves Lounge Bar . Beutiful spot .....shhhhh
dont tell everyone . I hope it has not closed down . Perhaps give them a call ?

Trans Am and Mr Blobby have the correct place. Was unsure of spelling of oniros. Was closed yesterday but same as Mr Blobby hope it will be open next time I call. Lovely place.

Isn't that Yialos?

It Is about 1 mile further on from Oniros travelling away from Coral bay. It is almost at the end of the bottom road before the u turn when the road continues up to top road. ( Coral bay St Georges)

I have contacted Sea Caves Lounge Bar on Facebook and asked if they are still open. I'll let you know. But - you could ring them on 99 152863. I doubt they have closed as they are very popular.

..... They are open! They replied to me within 1 minute.

I also went there yesterday and there's a board saying that they were closed. I just phoned them and he said they were open as normal
