Perhaps Gov will find out that it is NOT necessary to built the new Motorway towards Stroumbi after the Paphos-Polis road improvement is done and finished.

It does seem to say that they will be doing them both at the same time.. Unless I have got it wrong

As I understand the above statement than the tenders for upgrading the road will go out latest beginning of September while tenders for the Motorway will start next year whatever month that means And invitation of tenders mean nothing until they are signed...

Well if you asked someone to give you a price for a job it would seem to me that you wanted a job doing..
So it does seem to be a step in one direction. Whether is is the right direction of course depends on whether you want the road built at all
