The Famagusta council has announced that the Dherynia beach which is situated at the end of the fenced off city of Varoshia, which is controlled by the Turkish Military, is to open for Turkish Cypriots and Turkish citizens at the beginning of August....

I checked a few days ago as we own a property in Famagusta City. I was told that if we also had residency for the TRNC (we don't) we would be allowed to use this beach.
Fair enough.
