Says nothing. As the eu has yet to say anything on UK residents living in Europe. Iād imagine whatever one agrees, will be equalised the other way.

All will become clear in time, I think as negotiations have only just started. The best advice is that any Brits living here without bothering to go to Immigration are being advised to do this in order to obtain the "yellow slip", otherwise when the UK leaves the EU foreigners people with out the slip will vecome illegal immigrants and liable to be deported.
Also people who were here before Cyprus joined the EU are being told to take their Aliens Reg Book to Immigration in order to get a yellow slip.

It doesn't mention that to reside here for more than 3 months without registering (yellow slip) is an offence under Cyprus law.
I know of a couple who had been here for 5 years - never registered because they were using their EHIC card as tourists to obtain healthcare to which they were not entitled - were recently fined (a substantial amount).
The Cyprus authorities are clamping down on such fraud; quite right too.

Quite right too! I know of other people who have 2nd homes here and never bother to register irrespective of how long they are here. Some of them are UK tax payers, but don't know if they need to register here.

Once they exceed 3 months in a single stay, they have to register.
