Tax Form Problem

Trying to fill in Taxisnet Form, and it seems to me it is different from last year, so I wonder if it is the right Form.
All Income is from Pensions, various Private and one State. I seem to remember last year it was in Section I or something but there is no such Category on the present For. It also allowed a Deduction of around €3000 and then you had to put in what tax you saw as due. You eventually sent this amount to the Tax Dept through JSSMART. There is no such section so am I too soon to be filling in, is my memory wrong, have I not got the right Form. Help Please
