Tax rate for 2017

Hi dose anyone have the tax rate for 2017 for working out pensions and the tax to be paid .

There was one year when I attempted to make a smaller 2nd payment & was told the 2nd payment had to be the same as the 1st.
In 2016 the taxman owes me a refund. I spoke to the tax lady in the Pafos Gov. office as to whether I need to make a half year payment for 2017 as it would have matched the refund I'm waiting for. She said YES & if refund not received by the end of 2017 come back & she'll see what can be done!!
