Paphos Life

Happy New Year everybody! Well, in a few hours time at least. In this film, which we recorded yesterday, before the rains arrived, we drive from Lighthouse Beach in Paphos to the Oniro Restaurant at Sea Caves. Along the way we take in Chloraka, Lemba and Kissonerga, as we head down the Coast Road to Potima Bay. Once past Sense By The Beach we drive by the desalination plant and down Coral Bay Strip. We take the scenic route from Coral Bay past Yialos Restaurant and finish by the Edro III Wreck. During the drive we discuss the various events which have shaped Paphos in 2025, and look forward to the New Year.

And a very Happy New Year to you Dominic. I contribute little to the forum nowadays but catch up daily for your interesting journeys & titbits of information. Some may be aware of my interest in outdoor bowls which sadly didn't happen in Paphos this year because of the uncertain water situation so it was off to Portugal. Although it was a nice location, most of the 50 plus people who came said they preferred Paphos especially the non bowlers who missed interesting things to do & the lovely places to visit so with everything crossed the event will revert back to the Athena in 2026. Finally I wish all members a Happy New Year
