I am using Outlook on both Windows and Macs. Regularly - and very regularly, in the last week - my password is rejected when Outlook automatically checks for email and I have to manually enter it. My wife has been having the same problem with her Cytanet account on her Windows laptop for the last week.

To say this is annoying is an understatement.

Presumably it's a Cytanet issue, as I have other non-Cyta email addresses for my business which never have their passwords rejected.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I've had the exact same problem for a few days now. I've had it happen before as RW says, it will stop eventually.

Yes, the same here. Over the last few days the 'Enter User Id and Password' box pops up every time I go in to emails and that is using Windows Live Mail
No problem getting in though once I enter the password
