Yes the Cloudflare thing is what's keeping the site up. It weeds out the attackers.

This is working intermittently but has longer spells off than it does on and is doing all kinds of strange things - has serious problems

Yeah I turned of the robot check. Turned it back on again now.

Looks like the site is under attack again.
