Check your Hellenic bank account I have found 2 payments to Cyta on the same day 30/04/2025, this is a bank problem and not a Cyta problem.

I had the same problem in the previous month, must be a JCC Smart /Helenic Bank problem. In my case Cyta just brought forward the overpayment against the next bill.

Overpayment now been rectified...back into my account. Didn't do anything,it just appeared..

Thanks for the info. We checked ours too and it's back into our account...

Same here Paul out twice on 30/04 and back no explaination on 02/05.
