RES curtailments in Cyprus: A review of technical constraints and solutions

The study shows that expected curtailments will increase in future years and highlights ways which that expected increase may be mittigated. It does not identify any method by which there would be no need for curtailments.
It is clear from this study that no matter how much battery capacity is installed into the current system there will still be a need for seasonal curtailments of PV.
