Please help! We are trying to pay the new water bill on line. There are continual problems with the web sites, eoap and jcc, linking together. We have rung various phone numbers, no answers or no knowledge! Has anyone advice to offer? Thank you

spend a few days trying to contact somebody but finally succeeded without help from jcc or eoa.
you need to register with jcc, they would send me a email confirming my email address which would normally time out before I received it and could confirm.
finally registered on my smart phone and then confirmed my email via my laptop.
added my card number, they debit 0€ to check.
Then you have to access jcc and look for eoa paphou and input customer number with space after first 2 digits and then the reference number.

Thanks Andy! I've already been through the procedures you mention, but obviously did not spend as much time. We had been with JCC paying the road tax, when the payment for road tax was changed. I tried to log in to JCC and was told our membership had been cancelled, having not resigned in the first place. It seems to me that the eoap and jcc have some glitch between them?? We will continue to try. Thank you again

Am I correct in assuming that if you paid your water bill by Standing Order to the old Peyia Municipality, the Standing Order is automatically transferred to the new Akamas Municipality?

We always paid in the office. Cash or card!
