I have driven past this restaurant dozens of times but never been in, I know it is primarily british cuisine they serve and thats probably why I have not tried it before but on Sunday evening some friends invited me to a meal there and I was plesently surprised.
I went for a steak and it was served perfectly and the service was very efficient and friendly, the place was very busy so obviously popular mainly british expats.
On the down side we were told that the place is at the end of its lease and they have not been offered a new tenancy so they will be closing soon,
For those that are regulars here keep an eye out on there Facebook page for updates as they are looking for a new venue.

I've been a few times and the food and service is always excellent. I hope they find a new venue.

For those who may be interested Sonny,s are now open again in new premises in Tala.

Can you give us an idea just where in Tala please.

I think they are just above the roundabout with the lovely statue on it, though I could be wrong.
