FB Video chat problem

FB Video chat problem

The only Facebook video chat I occasionally do is with a friend in the UK. Never had a problem before but a few days ago we could see one another & I could hear her but she couldn’t hear me. I went through all my settings & all microphones were on. I did several re-starts but nothing worked. Can anyone help, bearing in mind that I’m a bit ancient & not very techy!

It does happen sometimes, also with Apple face time.

Try using WhatsApp? I find it more reliable than FB and it is less confusing for my Dad.
