Paphos Life

Yeronisos Island is steeped in history. Though nobody has lived there since the 15th century, recent excavations have revealed it once held a sanctuary dedicated to Apollo in the late Hellenistic period. It also provided cover for ships as they loaded raw materials collected from the quarry at Cape Drepanum. At the very least, it is a useful landmark for anybody exploring the Southern Akamas area, but for hundreds of birds, it provides a welcome breeding ground safe from the hunter's aim.
In this film we fly around and over the island, taking in its beauty.
Oh, and the music is used because it appeared in a previous film and somebody asked what it was. All our music is properly licensed, and this piece was created by Myton Music. It is called "A Confident Future".

They are sheeting placed by the archaeologists to protect the areas where they are digging.
